Full-bodied rich dry white wine with pale yellow-copper colour and solid tears. Besotted, cleansing, spurting nose with beeswax and honeycomb, crystal clear dried white fruit. Juicy slender taste set-up with perfect profile paying lots of respect to the natural components, top wine with endless aftertaste. Heavenly to enjoy on its own but also with grilled lobster and white North Sea fish, cuckoo of Malines with truffle, sweetbreads, real wild partridge, wild mushrooms, and hard matured cheeses.
