Smooth, clean onset with an elegant creaminess, juicy and harmonious with an extremely mineral aftertaste. Delicious as an aperitif, with both raw and prepared seafood, with crispy green young vegetables with a creamy dipping sauce and delicious with fresh cheeses from cow and goat milk.
