grand cru pinot noir from the reichestal vineyard in hochheim. aged in french allier oak for 1 year.intense, bright dark red colour. initially quite closed nose which opens up after a while. red fruit in predominance with some beautiful oakiness which never overpowers the fruit. full-bodied. non chaptalised. top wine with great potential. decant!
