wine from bio-dynamic viticulture. no use of weedkillers, pesticides nor chemical fertilizers. vineyards are over 40 years old.blend of 70% rebula, 20% pinot grigio and 10% sauvignon. harvested late. oak aged for 42 months in new french oak. deep golden yellow colour. aromas of white and citrusfruit, with some hints of fine spices. idiosyncratic and complex wine with a long finish. top class.
