wine from organic viticulture. no use of pesticides, weedkillers nor chemical fertilizers. this riserva is being produced only in the best vintages. aged in big slavonian vats of 50 to 75hl for 24 months. subsequently aged in the bottle for at least another year.sheer refinement in aroma (fresh fruit, spices, flowers e.g.) and texture (minerality). super elegant wine with a serious ageing potential. this verdicchio is to be served fresh, but never cold.
